I want to know why a moderator hasn't answered to this yet or someone at least say "yes we know" at the very least.

I presume they have quite the queue, but an acknowledgment would definitely be appreciated. I can relax if I know this will be dealt with soon enough, but there's a (very) small chance they may consider this an acceptable consequence of an anti-spam system and, as remote as it is, the possibility grates on me.
