I personally add in a/ac "Stone II"
/ac "Stone II" <tt>
/ac "Stone"
/ac "Stone" <tt>
This macro will attempt to cast stone II on your target. If it can't, it will attempt to cast stone II on your target's target. If it can't, it will try again with stone 1. This does several things: It auto downgrades to stone if you don't have stone 2 available because of level syncing, and it auto target's your target's target if you are targeting a player (i.e. the tank you are healing)
/facetarget <tt>
Because I hated facing mechanics for heals but dig them for attack spells since I'm often not facing the right direction. I do the same thing with my focus target and Repose (/facetarget <focus>)
