Only if you plan to get a job in McDonalds when you graduate. £15k is nothing these days and will be minimum wage in a couple decades. Most people will graduate and get a decent salary at some point and pay it all off. I wouldn't bother going to uni if I thought I'd earn so little that I'd never pay my loans off.
