Is there a hotkey for gathering nodes without mouse-clicking?

My fingers hurt from mouse-clicking nodes while mining. Please tell me there is a way I can use my keyboard to hit each node 4 or 5 times? Thanks in advance for any help!

No and use a different finger for each click.

There is, actually.
Just bind any key on your keyboard to a gamepad "A" button via game options, and voila, you can target a node, start gathering and mine/log with just one keypress.
Just remember to choose the needed resource, since it remembers your last pick upon moving to another node.

It is actually already set to 0 (zero) on the num pad...been using it on my botanist for a bit now, it's definitely nice to get a break from the mouse.
