No CE items/status after purchasing CE

I have recently purchased the Collector´s Edition of FFXIV ARR from the approved supplier Webhallen in Denmark (http://eu.finalfantasyxiv.com/pr/product/). While the game contains all goodies, it did NOT come with the most important things, the in-game CE items or status on the SE website.

After registering my registration code, my account shows as Standard and apart from this registration code and the code to register the game (which I have done) there are NO other codes in the package.

I feel cheated having paid extra for a CE edition and not receiving the main reason for purchasing this edition. I do not know what went wrong but I would very much like access to my CE items and the upgrade of my account to collector´s edition. I can deliver proof of purchase, photo´s and everything.

As I replied to you on the Members forum, you need to take this up with the dealer who sold you the game, it seems clear it's their responsibility to sort it out really, or at least you need to try to get them to do that before I expect SE will take a look at it.
