Sturmgrenadier is an online gaming Syndicate that is involved multiple games with over 900 active members.

Started in 2000 for World War II on-line, Sturmgrenadier was founded on mature players working together and it was this team first mentality that attracted players from all over the world to join. It is a natural progression for SG to look to new and upcoming games with all of its new challenges. From that point on, leaders within SG created additional opportunities for the current member base and have been able to recruit successfully for each subsequent game. Today, we have a presence in many online games. Whether it is a long standing games such as Eve Online and World of Warcraft, or new and upcoming titles such as Star Citizen among others, the core of our leadership system is the same: We recruit quality players and through the friendships that are formed, new leaders rise from within to carry on the traditions of team-first organized play.

Many of the members are coming up on their 10-15 year anniversary with SG. We have social gatherings around the country and are well beyond your typical 'on-line gaming group'.

While Sturmgrenadier stretches across many games, each member abides by the same core principles as set by our charter.

• Members will always treat each other with respect, promote fellowship within the community, and avoid discussing controversial topics.
• Members will be respectful to everyone they interact with while gaming with SG or communicating in public concerning SG.
• Members will follow the chain of command as specified for SG as a whole and the specific games they play.
• The Executive & Management Teams will be fair and consistent in how they manage members of SG.
• Members will exclusively support SG in the games SG operates in as long as the members are playing the same game(s).
• Members can participate in any of the games in which SG operates.
• Members are expected to use SG designated Voice Communications when playing games in which SG operates. See Members Only Forum for Voice Communication information.
• Members are expected to learn additional procedures and rules pertaining to the specific games that the member participates. See “Portal Information” post for each game.
• Members will abide by every End user Licensing Agreement (EULA) provided by games in which SG operates.
• Membership is not guaranteed and can be revoked at any time by the Chief-Executive-Officer only.

Within Final Fantasy XIV, we have a fantastic close knit community. We have multiple people with varied play times and styles that always have a great time, even when we’re doing separate things.
We are currently progressing in Final Coil.

I started playing WoW with SG about 4 1/2 years ago. Being new to MMOs at the time I knew very little but was never looked down upon and all were more than happy to share their knowledge with me. When the time came to raid, the organization was and continues to be fantastic. That was also true when I played Eve and LOTRO with SG.

I know that I'll never go anywhere else.

I've only recently joined up, but I can tell you SG is a great group of people! There are tons of active members in multiple games and you can always find someone to play with. There are a lot of us in the guild within FFXIV that are looking forward to progression. I have been a part of SG for eight years. I have belonged to other gaming organizations, but I have remained with SG for a few reasons.
The members here are good and honest people. Everyone is treated the same, it does not matter if it is our syndicate founder, current leader, or the first day member! We are all held to the same standards and must follow the same rules.
You will make friends quickly and keep them. Games come and go, but the friendships you build here will last. The same people that you have played WoW, War, and LotRO with are playing PS2, BF3, LoL and DotA. When you join SG you are not simply finding a group of people to play a single game. You are creating friendships that will span many games.
We are serious about gaming but we are in SG to have fun. It cant hurt to give SG a try. Give us a month, I am sure our organization will grow on you.

Even though I am still on other server. I am working hard to get a few things done for SG. I am LVL 50 Bard and Black Mage. 32 Carpenter and Botanist. Once I am able to transfer SG will rocket with furniture and Carpenter weapons :P

Hey guys Match here, I've been a member of SG for 4 years. When I originally signed up it was for LOTRO, but since I have played EVE, WoW, World of Tanks, etc. with this crew. In this time I have come to know many people as friends, and family. Its cheesy, but its true when they say that this is the last guild you will ever join. Its because when you join, you are not just joining a "guild" but a community.

I strongly urge you to apply, I have no doubt that you will come to call SG home too.

Hello all, Fritz here. I've been in SG for 2 years now. Started out in Eve, then played Planetside 2, Diablo 3, and a few other games with SG. We started playing Final Fantasy XIV in beta 3/4 and I have really enjoyed the team dynamic. People are around to help out with early instances, to hard mode instances. Just today a few of us got together to help someone finish Titan, and Garuda. At the moment, I'm writing this as we are about to do Hard Mode Ifrit runs to help people get their weapons. It's a great group of guys and gals, who are fun to hang out with. Join us, you won't regret it.
