    Turning off "Show Avatars" doesn't turn off avatars

    This is pretty much self explanatory. I want to hide the avatars because they really stick out. But switching them off in the settings -> general settings does not seem to disable them.

    aren't the point of avatars to stick out?

    Anyway, it probably doesn't work because those aren't regular avatars, they're generated automatically by the lodestone.
