Same issue is happening to me on Sargatanas. Typical SE, every time they do maintenance they manage to fix a certain issue but fuck everything else up in the process. I noticed one of 1.0's main killers is back and its called 200-500ms pings. It appears these so called closer data centers aren't doing jack shit to eliminate the issues they were designed to eliminate. Get it together SE or how about hire people who can, three years of the same issues blantly screams incompetence.

Maybe that's a hint the issue is on your end or you have a shitty internet provider.
