Is It Wrong To Be Picky With A Free Company

Hello All,

I am looking for a free company. I've only been in one since beta and launch but somehow I feel like I don't fit. But the problem I have is the leaders have their clique within the FC. I notice that some of us in the FC get looked over a lot. I am looking for a FC who treats everyone equally.A little bit about my background. I've been playing games for 26 years and consider myself pretty good and driven if I set my mind to something. One of the reasons I love Final Fantasy XIV is I can swap classes without changing characters and crafting and gathering are a lot deeper than most other games. I am mostly leveling my Dragoon for the fact that Final Fantasy IV is one of my favorite games with one of my favorite characters.My play stints range from casual to hardcore sitting. Hi Ragnar, how's it going? I completely understand what you mean by clique groups inside of a FC. With our guild/FC, it's simple. You get out of it what you put in. Some players never talk much but here and there in FC chat, while others that have been part of the FC for 2 minutes, jump in Teamspeak and start interacting. In past MMOs, we've made a straight forward effort to have people group with everyone in the guild, not just one or two 'friends.' We don't have any requirements cept for you must be 21+, but we do encourage members to jump in TS3 and be part of the community. Check us out here deathinc.corplaunch.com. I have seen the clique thing happen many times within groups in various games. I have yet to see that really happen in the gaming group I am part of. You are more than welcome to check out our website anytime you like.

Hey man, if you're looking for an easy-going group that wants to do just about everything the game has to offer, hit me up! We've always run a group of pretty relaxed people, and I hate that drama/clique crap too. I've left an FC for that reason. Seems like the hardcore grinders never want to lend time and help to lower levelled folks and fall in with their max-stat peers and such, and I hate that. Helping everyone helps everyone!
