How do you target HM Titan's heart properly? Melee.

Practicing Titan, I'm find that along with my friend, we're having problems hitting his heart. It's often out of range, meaning I can't pull off combos. Sometimes if I get in too far, the game thinks I'm facing away from the heart.

It's a real nuisance to hit this thing.

Also, positioning for the limit break I have the same problem. Where's the best place to stand so it actually goes off without putting myself in danger? D:

Don't stand directly under it. You need a little bit of distance from it to hit it consistently.

Positioning wise, just wait until after landslide to LB if you don't feel safe doing it right off the bat with just level 1. You can live through a single Weight of the Land if you have to, but try to dodge it.

Targeting wise when all else fails you have engaged targets defaulted to the left side of the screen that you can just click on.

I position myself as if I was attacking titan previously, and seems to work fine

position yourself on the sides of Titan you > Heart < other dps

Just pretend you're still fighting Titan. There's a visual/cognitive disconnect, but it's the same hitbox.

We got it. When my new group started tanking him in the middle I had no range problems. Glad that's over with, but can't wait to help others in my FC. Thanks for the tips!
