2 hours seriously? anyway you should specify a bit more. I'm going to show my opinion about what I think I understood. You dont want such long waiting times, the problem is the balance between tanks/heals and dps is horrible, but it is something common and it is up to the community to use those roles. What SE can do to reduce this issue would be making the healing and tanking classes more rewarding and attractive (instant duty finder is a great incentive though). And also the choice of only letting 2/4 DD doesn't help.
Party was done in min 30, waiting for start till the min 126, to many time, a day has 24 hours, cant waste 2 just in queue

Pick up a gathering/crafting job. There is stuff you can do while you wait.
Longest I've had to wait so far was 45 minutes, so I feel your pain, but...
It's actually balanced enough as it is. The problem comes into what classifies as DPS/Tank/Healer. What I hate in other games is how basically you rush a dungeon just by having 3 mages and a healer or 3 tanks and a healer, because they didn't design the dungeon for that configuration.2 hours seriously? anyway you should specify a bit more. Prior to level 30, you only have 2 tank classes(Gladiator,Marauder), 5 DPS classes(Arcanist,Archer,Lancer,Pugilist,Thaumaturge) and one healer class (Conjurer), so up to level 30 you're always waiting on a healer (and in fact every time I've played healer, I've had to wait less than a minute... usually two or three DPS drop out before the dungeon launches)
When level 30 is hit, then the Tank is the bottleneck, because now you still only have 2 tank jobs (Paladin,Warrior), 5 DPS jobs (Bard,Black Mage,Dragoon,Monk,Summoner), but now have 2 healer jobs (Scholar,White Mage)
The solution is really quite simple. When the Duty Finder is selected, instead of a single tick-box, allow ticking the boxes for DPS,Healer and Tank if you have those classes/jobs. The game then either draws straws, or evaluates for who is the stronger dps/tank/healer based on gear-adjusted stats. If you don't want to play a role, then you don't tick that box. If that role isn't level adequate, then you can't tick that box.
I dont like gathering and crafting, its for no live people, i dont have all the day for play, i want to play what i want in the few time i have, not to wait 2 hours
I agree its also very boring very very very easy. Is ANYTHING in this game hard? I make my self WALK most the time because you level so fast. Its like easier and sorry then World of Warcraft. Wheres all the armor and weapons. Why do people get to 50 and all look the same..
Trololol. WoW comment oh boy. Vanilla WoW maybe. Everything now in WoW is faceroll now unless your doing Heroics.I agree its also very boring very very very easy. Is ANYTHING in this game hard?
