Thoses guys that spamm ruin the game so why devs don't put the option to block people in the chat Window?!!
When they spamm quickly it's hard to copy/past the name into the black list in the social menu.
So please do something...

Yeah considering it can be difficult when they spamm continuously over and over again and you need to sift through all the red text to simply find their name and even when you do the chat will scroll itself and you lose it. It's annoying.

Maybe a thing like if people post 2 times the same text it block it then we can add him to black list from the chat window directly well i think they can work on it ^^

go to chat filter, uncheck Yell, Shout, and Tell.

This, you pretty much need to do this, i just separated shout/yell in one bar by it self, because SE cannot deal with this RMT problem, and a year later we'll still be doing the same thing, blocking 500+ a month and waiting a week till they are banned and then deal with the next 500 that come right after. this is getting very annoying and they need to find some way to reduce these virus people. but for now if you want any peace with your log when walking in cities especially ul'dah you'll have to un check shouts and tells. they don't yell very often, so you're almost safe from that. but i wouldn't count it out.
