    Have you every played FFXI? walking from sandy --> windy can take you 1hour how long does it take you in ffxiv? no more then 30min. So ya ffxi take way longer to walk city to city then FFXIV.

    maybe SE should cut up the maps into zone and make them all diff like in FFXI.

    I think I would actually like that. And make those little towns you see on the map their own zones, and actually decent-sized towns, like the ones in FFXI. Put shops and stuff in there, maybe even a crystal.
