Someone did the math and found that Foresight provides ~5% physical DR, regardless of how much armor you've got thanks to the DR on physical defense. The problem with Foresight isn't that it doesn't scale; it does. The problem is that it contributes so little even though it *does* scale that you're pretty much never going to notice it.

Thanks for clarifying more just how Bleh Foresight is and why I still think it's a waste of BAR.

I have another question too. I put a lot of Determination on one of my gear sets. Do people know if the 15% more HP recovered by Spells off Wrath V scales with Determination? Or is it a flat X player cured you for 100 at Wrath V so you are cured for 115. I would be hopeful that if you're of higher DET, you would get a higher Cure as well as a 15% top on that as well.
