im trying to log in with my character, but it says error 3102...also i recognized that there is a NEW character on another server (IN MY ACCOUNT) with a strange name fghfd dsdfs something like that?

what can i do?

support is taking months i think !!

edit: that guy is logged in a friend just checked it!!

Suspend your own account through the Mog Station. Try to figure out how the hacker breached your security and scan for keyloggers and viruses. Change your password, get the security token.

If you feel your PC is compromised don't use it to change your password.

i deactivated my account on SE after a break i logged in again, but its still being used? how?
