    Can't think of any way to turn up voice volume, especially because it only occurs during cutscenes. You might want to see if you have any driver updates for your audio device.

    Also in your sound manager (Creative? Realtek?) make sure that all of your settings are correct. If you're using headphones, it should NOT be set to 5.1 surround sound, and vise versa.

    Are you using a sound card?
