Focus target command for gamepad/ps3 users

Hey i play FF14 with a gamepad on pc and i cant seem to find the command for focus target (Shift+F for keyboard users) or any info on it. Does anyone know the command to allow me to focus target while using a gamepad or a macro that will allow me to do so? Now that i am doing harder team battles like Odin and hydra etc it would really help me out to be able to use that feature with my gamepad so i dont get owned by the bosses channeled spells while on adds or taking my main target off the boss. Edit#1 Bleh i found the macro for it which is simply /focustarget lol BUT i would like to see focus target added into the gamepad/ps3 controll scheme in the future or atleast added to the subcommands box when pressing X/square (open map/subcommands) on a targeted enemy which lists things like attack,marks,emotes etc. Would be a nice little addition

L3 doesn't work? Or do you mean something like where it annoys me to death on controller where you target someone with a spell and they get that white arrow on them that always makes them your target after you target something else with a spell?

L3 is more of a lock on, The feature i am talking about is Focus target. Which brings up an additional Hp bar/cast bar/and debuffs of a target that you want to still focus on but are not directly targeting anymore. This is useful on the fights i talked about above. Say your in a Odin fate and Odin casts gungir, so you take your target off Odin to DPS down the gungir, now you can no longer see odins hp bar or the spells he is castings except for the red circles on the ground which are not helpful in such a large scale battle. Now with Focus target enabled on Odin it will bring up a mini HP bar of Odin but more importantly you can see the spells he is casting or readying while you are targeting a different target (Gungir). This helps ALOT when he is readying his petrify skill as that usually leads to your death when it connects, so with focus target enabled you can see him casting that spell while DPSing gungir and run away easily instead of being oblivious to it .
