How do you tank Titan Hard and keep hate the whole way as Paladin?

How do you tank Titan Hard and keep hate the whole way as Paladin? Every time we go up against Titan, I'll either lose hate and he'll kill a healer or lose hate and have him run wild. This is the last fight I need as Paladin to get my Relic. Any rotation tips for Titan?

Most Paladins I see have trouble aren't getting a good pull. Run straight through Titan with a shield lob > spirits within > shield lob > circle of scorn > and then Rage combo all the days.

the same think you probably do always, flash, hate combo, occasionally fracture if you set it, circle of scorn and spirits within when avaiable. Even like that an healer will always take hate however, they have in fact be ready to use shroud of saints, otherwise they'll take hate for sure. Yes, if they take hate with titan it's mostly their fault not paying attention.

All of this assuming you're not not undergeared of course. This one i don't know.

Honestly, hate loss isn't always all your fault. Titan should have the same rotation as other bosses.. as others have mentioned, use Circle of Scorn and Spirits Within off CD. Flash, and do your regular threat combo. When we do FC runs our dps won't start in until I've shield lobbed, flashed x 2, and then gotten off one of the hate combos. Healers will generally start off with Stoneshield on me to take a tiny bit of the edge off, and I'll generally pop a CD (it'll be a while before Mountain Buster anyway), just to keep hate down initially.

WHM will need to be using their Shroud (and often during this one as tons of aoe healing is going out), and DPS should be watching hate and using appropriate skills to scale back if need be (such as quelling strikes). I've never had issues with a Scholar pulling aggro, and I'm not sure what they have for hate reduction, so no comments there.

If you're spamming your 1-2-3, losing hate isn't your fault. Usually the hate problem is caused by WHMs using Medica II too often when they don't really need to.

Flight or Flight => Run in while using Shield Lob => Fast Blade when in range => Circle of Scorn => Savage Blade => Spirits Within => Rage of Halon => Repeat enmity Combo

Should not have hate issues. IN Titan the main problem tends to be one of the healers overhealing after stomps at the start. Make sure they save shroud in case it is needed. If DPS is too low and it does 2 stomp cycles before its first jump there is a chance of hate issues in the beginning.

If you're just doing your 1-2-3 rage combo you're not doing your job as a tank.

You need to start the pull off with shield lob so you establish aggro before you facepull.

You need to use cooldowns that help you establish and maintain threat(Fight or Flight used whenever available)

You need to use Circle of Scorn and Spirits Within when available to get some extra damage in for more threat.

Also tell your white mages to stop using Medica II in the first two phases, regular Medica once per stomp and once per jump(if undergeared medica II might be needed for jump, but with less gear you heal less so less threat is generated) is enough to heal all the aoe damage and gets them about half as much threat, they should use their Shroud after using Medica 2 when titan comes down from his 2nd jump at the start of phase 3. This makes threat a non-issue for the rest of the fight because there is a huge delay from the start of phase 3 and the next stomps so no AOE healing is needed here for a long time making it easy for the tank to secure threat for the rest of the fight.

Yeah, as others have said -- all things being equal and assuming you're not being severely outgeared by others in your parties and assuming you're using proper aggro rotations and all, an overzealous healer can still easily steal the hate from you. Particular danger zones are after his jumps. If you are geared and doing everything you can to maintain constant aggro and a healer steals it from you, it is not your fault.

Fight or flight > Shield lob > spirits within > fast blsde > circle of scorn > circle of scorn > rage of halone.

By the time I do this I never lose hate since I pop fight or flight every it's up.

That works, also pop your DPS CD at start (forgot name) along with blood bath (it adds a little bit extra to hate).

If that fails, then you don't have a good enough weapon to tank the boss. Need atleast Ifrit, if not Garuda weapon.
