You'd have to have some sort of crippling illness to not have any of those you listed above.

That's not true. I fell over yesterday and scraped the skin off the palms of my hands, which in FFXIV terms now relegates me to some light crafting at best. There's no way that's a "crippling illness", but it's still enough to make my WHM useless in a party.

I'm happy that content is being nerfed as new bleeding-edge modes come out - I'm playing mostly for the story/social aspects of the game, and I'll accept l33t player's second hand leftovers if that's the only way I get to do it.
