Character Re-creation (Veteran Reward)

I apologise if this is being posted in the wrong forum...

You have veteran rewards for subscription time, which is great, but I'd really like to change my character's appearance now. I made her while I was drunk (stupid mistake and my own fault) and I'm really not happy with her. I would just make a new one, but I work full time and I've come quite far on this character now. Any way we can just purchase a character re-do?

I can't change my appearance until I subscribe for 30 days, which is fine. But it works on an automatic renewal system, meaning I can't get my char. re-make until my free trial period ends (which is like 20+ days from now). I'd happily give up my free trial period and just subscribe from now on, makes no difference to me, but it won't even let me do that. I've tried cancelling my service and re-activating it but the free trial remains on the account. I really love having a free trial period, don't get me wrong, I just would like to be able to say SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY

Sorry, but no. You either have to wait or pay for game time using gamecards (only available in the EU?). Because they've already been paid for you get the rewards straight away on those.
