    Dear blm's I haz question.

    Swift casting thunder 3 mid fight how many of us are doing it? I've been doing this when i get unlucky on tb procs. for a quick re apply. Have you guys found a better use for swiftcast?

    Also is it just me or does our dps just blow on titan? =\
