You can change classes after completing your lvl 10 class quest.

once u finish level 10 class quest it unlocks changin classes ;3

You will be granted access to the armory system (including the ability to record and recall gear sets) and the ability to change to other classes when you complete the level 10 class quest. In order to access another class, you will need to travel to its guild and unlock that specific class there. You will be given the class's level 1 primary weapon/tool as a quest reward when you unlock, so don't bother getting one elsewhere.
