The really bad lag is back... again...

Game is literally unplayable on Aether right now. It's like watching a slideshow interrupted with frequent disconnects from the server. Quite a number of people inside the instance I was last in were having problems. Anyone know what is going on? Is it Comcast and NTT at it again or is there actual server problems?

EDIT: I ran a pathping and it looks like i'm getting 100% packet loss at "xe-0-1-0-1-1.r00.scrmca02.us.ce.gin.ntt.net". So wonderful! Isn't this the same node that was having problems last time?

The same keeps happening to me! Every time I do anything from summoning my mount to using my skills, the game will lag and sometimes the menus will be pulled up blank. I already CTD'd twice within the span of several minutes. It's more than likely to be a server issue, since a lot of people in Midgardsormr's NN have been reporting the same thing. I hope everything gets fixed soon ...

Even feels like the forums are lagging. Maybe a DDOS or that stupid node that sometimes has traffic route through it and has yet to be fixed, because durr, my internet monopoly.

Well, the forums are in Japan, so unless you take the same route to the game as you do the forums...

I'm glad it's not just me. Tried doing some crafting today but had absolutely awful lag. Eventually got booted. Been having issues with the Log In button not working, and forums have been wonky and slow for me as well. Hope this gets fixed soon.

How I check to see if it's still laggy, before entering the 80 tank role duty:

I run up to (NPC) and say hello. To be sure I'm going to be okay, I say hello to them three times. If they respond back in kind all three times, I'll know it's safe.

I ran up to (NPC) and said hello. They said hello back. Yay.
I said hello to (NPC) again. They turned and looked deep into my eyes. I had no choice but to look deep into their eyes, too. As much as I wanted to turn away and get on with my life, I couldn't help but stay frozen in place, staring into (NPC)'s eyes. This continues on for about 10 seconds, before (NPC) says hello back to me. And then we gaze lovingly into each others' eyes for another 5 seconds.

Eeeeyup, it's still laggy.

Glad to know it isn't just me, then. Haven't been in game for almost two months, then the day I get back on it's lagging to the Tempest and back.
