Fact about Goobbue Mount ?

I used to have Goobbue Mount in Ver 1.0 but for some reason when I start to play Realm reborn. My pretty Goobbue was missing.

I google about how to obtain Goobbue mount. It said you have to get Goobbue in ver 1.0. So I reckon I should get one but why I didn't have it

any ideas ?

I have check at calamity salvager but there are nothings in there. I took every things on the 1st day I start v. 2

the horn unlocks an action ability to summon the goobbue, check you haven't already used it. If you have no ability to summon the goobbue in the 'mounts' section. i'd suggest contacting support.

Had the same issue. Sent a moogle letter in-game for support, twice (1 week apart), yet reply never come.

The item should look like this:

It add the Goobbue to your mount list after you used the item once. The item then vanish.
