The following are three improvements I would make to Final Fantasy XIV. They are, in my opinion, the few simple fixes that are stopping FF XIV from just being even more out of this world phenomenal, and I think they would go a long way in better immersing one into the experience.

1) Stop the Chocobo riding music 2-4 levels after you get it (or give us the option to turn it off). Thank you Square for writing a fantastic Chocobo theme in this game. It's grandly orchestral, it's upbeat, it's...short...and repeats, a lot. There is a ton of other great music as you expand outwards elsewhere into the world. A particular favorite being Coerthas. The music is bleak, cold and unforgiving and is unlike any theme I've listened to in a snowy area. Fantastic! But I spend 90% of my time here on my Chocobo and up strikes this out of place, immersion ruining theme to cover up all of that hard work and experience development.
