Summoner Hate Dump

I love Summoner, can't say I agree with it being a DoT class but w/e. I was recently thinking of ways to make our summons a little more useful. I am sure we can all agree they could use some work.

So basically my idea was to have an ability to transfer all hate from the summoner to Titan, he is a tank after all. This wouldn't be useful in all situations, just when say the tank dies and you pull out Titan to try and save the day. being able to transfer the already collected hate to Titan would be awesome as just pulling him out does no good.

Opinions anyone?

Titan sucks at max level anyways for tanking things; his low defense makes him a very vulnerable target. Even IF you solve the threat problem, he's a massive sponge.

this is true but he's not gonna be tanking that long, just long enough to get the tank back up.

There's very little difference between Titan and a Warrior. We run 3x DPS and a healer for fast Amdapor Keep runs, with Titan tanking, and it's no problem.

If you're running 3x DPS and he's actually holding aggro, then you don't do very much DPS. I can't even do my rotation without pulling aggro on ONE target; it's impossible for him to hold aggro on a group of mobs, which is what a tank needs to do for the group to kill things at optimal speeds.

Titan has no provoke. If the tank dies mid-fight, he can't pick up the mobs; he has no threat on them and no "taunt" mechanic to bring him up to the amount he needs.

Summoner should have a general threat dump for all their summons if they did ifrit reactive shield would of been more useful. Right now? Its trash.

A hate transfer button would be great, especially since DoTs seem to build up hate without being able to stop.
