Why kill them?! They are good players and can offer a service for people that are not as good or dont have the group to perform such tasks....(also a good way to make money if this weird ass economy)

Forcing the game into the silly stupidity of wow where gear is the only thing the game is about is worst thing you can possibly do for an MMO. Look at the arrogance an elitist teens on this forum. They actually believe they are special playing a computer game, all because of shinys.... They dont know any other way of playing, so selling instance farms is just another nail in that coffin .

i can't see any logical reason why selling titan runs is bad. is it bad for the game if someone joins a raiding FC and gets carried through titan? it's the same thing.

this feels like yet another thinly-veiled "some people are playing this game differently from me and i dont like it" thread. as if we didnt already have enough of them.

The only people who would pay for this are those desperate to have their relic wep skip all the content n care about nothing else but get things as easy as possible. organized free companies would help their helping members ect. all i see are people who wanna mad dash to have the best of the best and of course for fools like those there are people who will make a very easy profit off of them. Those who wait patiently or are in free companies that help their fellow man dont pay a dime. prob they are the ones profiting off the most desperate of them all.

Now now, let's try to think about this rationally:

If a group is advertising, over the table, that they will carry a player through some content the player doesn't feel confident enough to do themself, then so be it. This is a player-player transaction which doesn't involve cheating, violating the EULA, or impugning anyone's legitimacy. They merely want their relic or their fight, so they get it even if their relative contribution is miniscule. If people wish to pay, then that's their gil to spend, isn't it? It's not going to get them through the Coil, it's not going to get them up the Tower.

Yes, queue for titan with your avg ilvl of 45, that will make people not want to just pay to get it done!

If people stoped sucking and being undergeared, perhaps those worthy of defeating Titan would be actually able to do so without hiring mercenary FCs to help them out.

Just think about that. The game is new, people are generally still bad skill wise, and also gear wise. In 1 or 2 months this kind of market will be dead (at least for Titan).

Titan will become a trash boss and mercenary FCs will move to selling harder boss runs. So basically you got 3 options right now:

1) Pay to get your relic NOW.
2) Get good, get in a good FC, and get it for free.
3) Wait 1 month until PUGs are finally able to defeat Titan in a regular basis
