Not sure if there is armor for mastering roles, but there are armors for collecting drops off things like Odin. The other armor is barding, it's buy able from your grand company quartermaster. You have to check the second tier, under materials if i remember right. There are three different ones, and you get an achievement for getting all three. So far, they just look different, no change in stats.
