Dungeon kick is really needed

Uhm... 15 minute penalty for leaving early, ya know?

thing is they only get the penalty if they leave first. they will tell you to leave if you don't like how they play. so no, they don't even have to wait 15 min.
granted, if there was no penalty things would be even worse right now, but I still say we shouldn't give these people more power than they deserve. I've been saying for a while now, someone make a wall of shame website. these people should not be given the chance to 'eventually' run the hard content, the stuff that you can't do with a random dutyfinder group.

While I agree there needs to be a kick button, I also agree that it will come with different problems. If you add it, it should have every member besides the one you're kicking also confirm before it kicks. That will eliminate giving one person all the power to ruin the experience on both sides. Also, there should be a penalty for rage quits. I still haven't beat Garuda HM yet due to rage quits and elitists finding out someone hasn't done it yet. It gets annoying having to exit since you can't queue new players.

So someone go afk every 5min and i cant kick him?
A tank that simply cant hold agro and i cant kick him?
A dps that dont do a single hit and i cant kick him?

And its not about kick, its about VOTE kick. Someone initiate a vote kick, if ALL the other members agree to kick, he's out. simple. If you are the jerk trying to kick a noob and the others dont like your attitude they wont kick, simple (2).
I do sound like an elitist but im really not, i really dont care to teach noobs, as long they are smart.
