I've seen the lance drop but lost the roll to another Dragoon.

I had the SCH codex drop 9 times in a row earlier today. None of those fights had a SCH. It should really only be dropping items for classes currently in the party.

Version 1.0, worst Loot-System ever, static group, 200+ kills (jep, i actually counted, but stopped after 200) wasn't after the 220th kill or so that i got my harpoon. Man, being able to actually ROLL on something is 100 times better than the stuff i have endured In Version 1.0 each player had the chance to get a weapon, but he could not choose which and he could not trade it if he had two (duplicates got thrown away), so while i was desperate for my weapon others had to throw them away multiple times.

Taste my pain!!!!!!!! xD

yea i got 4 other weapons before the harpoon, finally got it on like my 30th run...then days days later i kill garudra for the first time and get her lance..

I think it's better to go "undergeared" to Garuda and Titan and get the Relic...

Stop whining and listen to my story.
Everytime I do ifrit there are at least two BLMs. The fourth time it was only me and I was like "please please drop" and it did. The end.

I just gave up after the 167th try, the last being to get the ember for my relic. Not worth the time. Get your ilvl 55 GC weapon and that will suffice.

Personally, I feel like there should only be a chance to drop a weapon for someone currently in the party. I do not think a 100% drop rate for any random class is a good Idea.

I got it on my 5th try, is that rare? I hear all these horror stories about people taking 60+ runs o.o
