(ALL POSSIBLE WITH NVIDIA AS WELL, WILL UPDATE INSTRUCTIONS WHEN I FIND OUT MORE ABOUT HOW TO ENABLE SUPER SAMPLING WITH A NVIDIA CARD WITHOUT CAUSING ARTIFICATS)

(CURRENTLY WORKING ON ENB PRESET TO INTRODUCE BETTER DOF AS WELL)

(WILL GET SCREENSHOTS SOON OF IN GAME GRAPHICS)

Hey SE, could you put some legit AA in your game by the DX11 release? It just took me a ridiculous amount of work to force it through without causing graphical issues.

First i used Sweetfx, but Sweetfx AA sucks about as bad as the games..., even with top quality SMAA and FXAA the game looked terrible.

I finally got an ENB i used to use for Skyrim working right, and WOW did it work. Really, it took so much to get it working, and it paid off. But when i got in game, i noticed that it still wasnt GREAT is was just OK.

So then i started trying to force through SuperSampling AA through my Gfx Card, and that worked AWESOME like seriously, AWESOME. But it messed up the GFX so bad and removed all magic animations from the game. Still, never seen a prettier game before, so i deicided to take this route from here on out.

And it took me 1-2 hours to get SuperSampling AA to work without artifacts (there was a simple resolution, but still)

So if you could, please include some good AA next time round

Current Settings forced through GFX Card:

    AntiAliasing:
AA mode - Enhance Application Settings
AA samples - Enhance Application Settings
    Filter - Standard
    Anti-Aliasing Method - Supersampling
Morphological Filtering - (ON fullscreen only)

Texture Filtering - Override application settings
    Ansioscopic samples - 16x
    Texture filter - High Quality
    Surface Format Optimization - On

    Frame Rate Control -
Wait for Vertical Sync - Always ON
    OpenGL Tripple Buffering - ON

    Tessalation
    Tess - Override Application Settings
    Maximum Tessalation - 64X

    The game now looks amazing.

    In Game Settings Change:

Turn off in game FXAA (like you would with SweetFX)
    1. The current in-game AA works fine. It does general edge detect and a bit of transparency AA for the flora/tree leaves. You needn't force anything at the driver level like back in Phase III.
    2. FSAA and SSAA does not exist/work on the client - one of the complaints about the engine compared to 1.0. In your Sweet settings, you've disabled SMAA and FXAA - you've also done this in your control panel at the driver level. Where do you think your AA is coming from? It's coming from the Morphological filtering, which is giving you a full screen image blur.

As for Sweet FX in this case, it's only beneficial for post process sharpening. If you're after color grading or tone mapping, it can eat performance even for slight adjustments. You'd be better off making a color profile in your graphic's card panel and switch to that before running the game(s).

Lastly, you'll need to give screenshots regarding ENB. ENB series won't launch with because of the foreign .dll injection so people may be skeptical.
