    Nope, had to wait 5 days though. (After making the ticket.)

    Edit 2 to those who are curious: No live chat either. Just had to wait the 5 business days, just like they said.

    I've waited over 2 weeks now with no fix or even contact from SE support.
    FF11 live chat asks for phone number, credit card number (last 4 digits) address and zipcode, etc, etc. I don't even know why cc number is needed as I didn't use cc for this...
    I might have to resort to calling their infamous call center as my main account only has 3 days left. /sigh

    It took my wife about a week after submitting a ticket, including 2 chat support and 1 phone support calls. None of those helped though, just submit a ticket and they will fix it eventually in their own, incredibly slow time.
