    One feature that MUST be added to this game...

    A in game option to turn off the fricking ambient sounds. really annoying to still have birds, or wind or rain going off despite everything turned off. it gets annoying and would like to have game effects and such sounds wihtout having to disable those.

    While I agree, most people using Windows just go to "Volume Mixer" and turn down the volume for the FFXIV window.
