Unable to complete "Twisted Beliefs: Immortal Flames"

I accepted the quest, used the dungeon finder to enter Amdapor Keep, finished the dungeon, unpdates the quest tracker, and when i go to Ul'dah to turn it in all i get is "quest completed" across my screen and the music plays but I don't get any rewards and i still have the quest. Help please

I'm getting same thing for my immortal flames quest it just flashes quest complete on screen

Yeah, it sucks cuz it's a needed quest haha, I just wanna rank up already...

If u haven't fixed this already, try completing a few quests or lvling up . That worked for me

Hello! This is an issue that has come up several times, and been reported already.
I think I have a temporary solution for you, however. Is your inventory full? Make a space, and it should work itself out.
