Can i propose the below fix:-

When SCH succor a shielded party member, instead of not able to overwrite the current shield, why not redirect the shield absorb amount as direct heal. it would balance the class, we still need to spam like mad as our succor's potency is low and have high mana cost. that way we can at least spam and keep the raid group alive.

Well, I was willing to use up an Aetherflow for it, but that'd work too I suppose ;-)
