I SERIOUSLY doubt it, but omg, that would be so nice. I have my map open so constantly that this would be such a nice quality of life thing.

There probably will be once they open up community-developed applications.

No. The game has to span both monitors to do so. So you'd need eyefinity or nvidia surround, with 2 + monitors for it to work. 2 Monitors would just be bleh, because your character would be split down the middle, so you'd want 3. The only other option is windowed mode, but with 2 screens you're still going to run into the issue of your character being off center.
