My account got suspended and SquareEnix has no support on the weekends

Apparently Gil sellers have my account, I have no clue how they got it but they made a new character.

They don't offer support on the weekend, and even trying to find the support is mpossible.

Yea I sent an email, worst part is when I saw the threads about people getting hacked changing my password crossed my mind... But I talked myself out of it cause i never bought Gil or anything like that.

Yeah, I'm new to MMOs so maybe this the norm but the amount of people getting hacked so early is a bit alarming to me. Again, best of luck I hope you and the others who got hacked can go back to enjoying the game soon.

People are not getting "hacked' they are screwing up some how and falling for a phishing scheme or somehow getting a trojan. Another common thing is they use their game account password for other website/games, or they have a really stupid password. Get an authenticor if you can and don't be stupid on the internet.

This. I know a couple people who use the easiest passwords in the world for everything they have. From gaming accounts to bank accounts, its sad really.

ive played a lot of MMOs, and none have i ever seen so many actual characters being used as spammers. its pretty common for sites to get breached, shit happens and you cant expect everybody to know that.
