How can NA purchase 30 days for Fantasia?

I'm on a non-legacy server and have seen a couple people flying around on the 90-day mount.

Is it somehow possible for an NA player to get these now?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

while you can't get the right off in America, you can get them, you just have to either subscribe to the 30 days or 90 days, and when your payment comes out, you get the items, of course you pay for 90 days, you get all the stuff, but if you get 30 days, you get the 30 day one, then next time you pay for 30 days you get the 60 and so on.

But yes, you will get them.
