Requesting GM help

Can a GM please do something about all the botting hacking and gil spam on lamia hell give me a GM account id do your job at minimum wage if it ment the markets were not being ruined by people teleport hacking to farm mats from botany and mining.

Seriously tho can we get an in-game GM to start swinging the ban hammer there is about 10 or more teleporting bots outside girdania alone right out side the city.

Good luck with this GM awful service. We had a fc and ls leader who kicked every member, stealing the entire bank content (gil, materia, mats, gear, minions). We all reported him to a GM, the GM answer was basically "It's your fault choosing him as leader, now deal with it" ticket closed.

So your issue was addressed, just not in the way you wanted.

They are banning accounts over this. Just look at all the posts here from people complaining their account was hacked then banned. Looks like they are doing it quickly too. The problem is they have a very large number of compromised accounts so for every character they ban two take its place.

they could at least get a GM in game kicking people off for this shit tho i could easy kick 40-50 ppl an hour for hacking spamming and teleporting

They are banning accounts over this. Just look at all the posts here from people complaining their account was hacked then banned. Looks like they are doing it quickly too. The problem is they have a very large number of compromised accounts so for every character they ban two take its place.

He's not banned at all. He just enjoyed his theft. We need a serious GM service kicking out bots, gil spammers and abusers stealing fc banks.

2) X number of reports( lets say 250) account is a gold spammer are received and account is auto banned by the system.

SE staff reviews the report file and if the person wants there account back they have to answer on the phone why their account got reported 250 times + for gold spamming and why their chat messages were gold spamming.

problem can be solved by the community ourselves..allow this function to be extended to stationary toons in game when you click on them to see their stats ..find an obvious farmer and report them.

this is all good but alot of people dont report it and even the ones that do id never get to play id spend all day writing reports which is what GM's are paid to do in most cases.
