    Freeze's aoe duration

    In the description for freeze, it says:

    Covers a designated area in ice, dealing ice damage with a potency of 20 and binding enemies that enter.
    Duration: 15s

    I don't see that aoe that lasts for 15 seconds. Am I doing something wrong?

    Yeah the wording is misleading. I'm pretty sure it is just a flash freeze Bind and the Bind lasts 15 seconds, but there is no persistent ground effect like the tooltip seems to suggest.

    Yeah, I thought that was the case as well, but the bind doesn't last for 15 seconds. It starts off at 10.
