Blacksmith Ability Steady Hand

I noticed that the Blacksmith ability Steady Hand says "Improves action success by 20% for the next five steps" but the buff when you activate it seems to only gives you a 10% buff.

So which is it supposed to be? 20% or 10%?

How did you determine it's only 10% buff?

One of the early Touch abis has only 70% success rate, so with the buff it should be 90%
One of the other Touch abis have 80% success rate, and with the buff it becomes 100%

I noticed this with all crafting classes

when you look at the ability in the menu it says"Improves action success by 20% for the next five steps".

When you you the skill then put the cursor over the status icon it says "Improves action success by 10% for the next five steps"

That said I never have noticed a skill with 80% success rate fail with Steady Hands activated.
