Camera is stuck on lock-on mode

The in-game camera is constantly stuck behind the character. I can't spin the camera around to see the front of my character. When i turn the camera, the character always turns with it. So you always see the back of the character. It's like its stuck on lock-on mode but its not. I have tried toggling the L3 and L3 button, reseting the game, toggling in-game options but nothing has solved the issue. It wasn't like this before. Please fix!

If at all possible, please consider altering some settings in your "Character Configuration" menu, to see if that alleviates the issue.
