I posted here about a BOT teleporting miner over 24hrs ago.i also made an in game report and also posted on the SE main page.

my post here was deleted(i know its not the correct place to post,but is no where else)

well 24 hrs later and the BOT still mining ORE

He's on Moogle near Copperbell mines mining Ore and His name is [Removed by moderator].
SE ARE YOU GOING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT or shall we all just use BOT's as you don't seem to care

They just banned like, what? 800+ accounts for bots. Give them time. The whole world isn't working for them, they need time to investigate and handle other issues as well as the one you have, so expect some time to pass before its handled. I am sure they're more concerned with stolen accounts than people botting, all of which takes time to iron out.

Hello! I appreciate all your concerns about absentee play. It's totally unfair to see other players resorting to underhanded tactics to damage the game for the rest of us. If you do run across other players that you suspect are using third party software to gain an unfair advantage, report those players to the STF. You can find the STF report form at na.support.square-enix.com > FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn > Report Bugs or Offending Players > Report a case to the Special Task Force. This is the fastest way to call attention to the issue. Thanks again for your report!
