Hello Square Enix!

I am not a GM. You know this because you have not hired me. Please give me a button to report Gil Sellers. I do not want to take the time to copy and paste their ads along what server I am on to send it to you. This takes time and there are a lot of gil sellers out there. The combined time of all the players doing this is easily hours per day.

I am sure it takes the *poor unpaid intern who processes these reports hours as well to sort through them, but they choose to be part of Square-Enix. I choose to just be a customer, play the game, and ask for an easy button to report those who are gil siller.

PS: I am smart enough to not black list all my friends or report them by mistake SE. Please do no call your player base to dumb to use such a feature.

*The poor intern may be paid or super wealthy doing this for the love of the game. I don't know.

But unfortunately like you said in your OP it doesn't matter if you are smart enough to not blacklist your friends or report them by mistake. Because over half if not more of the general MMORPG public isn't smart enough.

In general, it shouldn't be our job to be the RMT task force.

If I'm going to be paying $15 per month for this game, I should at least expect decent RMT prevention services on SE's part.

it is really frustrating to have to spend a good 5-10 minutes each time you zone into a new area to take the time to blacklist and write up a ticket for these people.

My blacklist is filling up at an alarming rate and it is really ruining my appreciation of the game with the feeling that SE does not care about our concerns as players.

totally, I played FFXI for about 7 years, never onces used my /blist on anyone.

Playing ARR for like 2 weeks I have over 60 ppl on my /blist so far. At this rate my /blist is going to be filled and un able to /blist ppl anymore XD
