Why would PC players need to have a functional PS3 UI that works on PC? PS3 uses PS3 disks. PC uses PC disks. I do not put PS3 disk in my computer to play XIV nor should I have to install a PS3 version on my computer. Being a junior programmer I can tell you that this should NOT be a problem. If you make your game multi platform, you should do it right!

Nope, was gaming with a keyboard well before I had access to a console system. Even the games I used a joystick, it felt weird. Even now, having played (for example) Borderlands on both XBox and PC, I much prefer the PC controls.

I broke a controller on ffxi and had to use a KB for a day and it was hell lol.
I had the exact opposite reaction to the time I used a controller - it was so slow, maneuvering among the menus. The macro bars made me log out and go borrow a keyboard. Plus, having to set it down any time I wanted to chat, or try to use an on-screen keyboard, just wasted time.

I'd like to know what is the hardest thing to do on a controller that drives you to use a KB.
    Communicate with party/linkshell.
Use macros and gridded palettes, like the action bar.
Steer. (First FPS I played was Unreal, so wasd is god to my fingers.)
