    Actually good luck to anyone ordering that security token... Same as the previous poster before me: they asked very little information during my ordering process and all I received after the transaction was a very simple email saying ''Thank you for ordering a security token''... No order number, no shipping option, nothing... Meh, maybe more info will follow later?

    Yeah right... After a full week receiving nothing else (token or email) I contacted Square Enix store by email: they always answered in 24h but after 4 emails of basically telling me ''We can't locate your order at all'', even though I showed them the transaction went through on my credit card statement, they still can't locate anything... Alright so you guys basically charged me for an order that doesn't exist at all??

    Got sick of it after the 8th email (4x times back and forth) and filed a charge back on my credit card. Got my money back. If I eventually receive the token (which I doubt) well sorry but I don't care, their loss, not mine. A company should be better organized than that, and I swear Square Enix is by far the most unorganized one I ever saw out there...

    Removed my credit card information from my account management also, I don't trust them much with my monthly fee after that incident, will wait for the game card to arrive in America/Canada.
