    Never received security token

    I ordered a security token the other day and even though they charged me for it, I never received it. It has been 2 weeks now and I sent in a ticket and never got a respond. I thought it was weird when I put in my info that it never asked me for my address and what not. Wondering if anyone else has this problem.

    Ordered mine a week ago. I remember it actually said that it would be some time before it arrived. I was hoping two weeks max, but I don't know.

    Every day I pray that I don't get hacked while I'm waiting.

    Yeah, chances are high that it's being shipped from overseas. Took a while to get mine back when I ordered it for XI. Just be patient, the mail service is nowhere near as fast as email.

    I'm just worry that they never asked me for my shipping address. Also, I tried the token app but I cant seem to get it to work. I'm not sure if my username is wrong or my birth date is wrong...and there is no way to go into my profile and see if I somehow messed up on my birth date during registration =/

    All the data is in your SE account, so check that you input them correctly.
    And it kinda required a month when I bought it few years ago,

    I received mine yesterday...so it took about a week and 3 days.

    depending upon where u live delivery usually takes 1 business week - 5 business weeks for delivery.

    Actually good luck to anyone ordering that security token... Same as the previous poster before me: they asked very little information during my ordering process and all I received after the transaction was a very simple email saying ''Thank you for ordering a security token''... No order number, no shipping option, nothing... Meh, maybe more info will follow later?

    Yeah right... After a full week receiving nothing else (token or email) I contacted Square Enix store by email: they always answered in 24h but after 4 emails of basically telling me ''We can't locate your order at all'', even though I showed them the transaction went through on my credit card statement, they still can't locate anything... Alright so you guys basically charged me for an order that doesn't exist at all??

    Got sick of it after the 8th email (4x times back and forth) and filed a charge back on my credit card. Got my money back. If I eventually receive the token (which I doubt) well sorry but I don't care, their loss, not mine. A company should be better organized than that, and I swear Square Enix is by far the most unorganized one I ever saw out there...

    Removed my credit card information from my account management also, I don't trust them much with my monthly fee after that incident, will wait for the game card to arrive in America/Canada.
