Finding the back / side of a mob when it's invisible because of spell effects.. how?

Hey all!

I just got to level 50 with my dragoon and I love it, there is one problem I am having however..

Whenever I fight a human sized enemy with a full group, I find it a pain in the ass to find his back and side to position correctly, simply because I can't even see the mob at all with all the spelleffects of my group on him. Does anyone have any tips to at least be able to orientate myself in relation to the mob a bit better? As of now I often just end up guessing..

You base it's front,flank and back in correlation with who ever has hate. For instance, if the mob is invisible but the tank has hate. You simply position yourself across from the tank to attack it's back. The same rule would apply when trying to attack it's flank. I hope that made sense <__>.

That indeed works in some situations, but there are times when the mob is casting whatever spell and it sort of freezes in space not facing anyone, that's when I am clueless most of the time

If you can see the circle marking around every targeted mob then thats a pretty spot on indication.

Unfortunately even that is often impossible if you got a few Black Mages in your group :/ No idea what spell it is they use but that ice crystal thing covers it all.
