Please do something about the bots

Yeah, and botters are one thing, but then you have the hackers/exploiters that are porting instantly from node to node while in stealth mode, no lag, just port above the node, drop onto it, mine, disappear instantly and appear on another node... over and over.. the material economy is probably flooding already, at least at low level.
I report them but they're still there. They should not ban them so slowly in few weeks intervals allowing them time to corrupt the game's economy and such.

Why can't they be proactive and not reactive ? Foo.
