To recap I played during Beta phase 4 on this account. I had the same problem many players had about the invalid account when early access came out but after 3 days they fixed it and I was then able to login. However my character was missing. My Japanese server character is all that shows up on my account and in game. I submitted two tickets as instructed to the support team, concerned and frustrated I called phone support after 15 redials I finally made it past the busy signal to be put on hold for 3 and a half hours. I was told by the person I spoke to my ticket would be Escalated. Instead I find all of my tickets are closed, my problem still exists, and I don't even have a single response. This is incredibly frustrating and does not reflect well at all on your support and customer services. I still need help, if anyone knows a way to solve this problem or some moderator can see to my issue actually being properly followed up and fixed (it has been 3 and a half weeks roughly) I would appreciate it. I like the game, I have friends I want to play with, so please help, I'm holding off still on registering until this is resolved.
